This Project was a refurbishment of first and second floor House interiors; the clients wanted their dwelling based on modern trends that is truly functional and their cultural values, accommodating three bedrooms, living, kitchen, dining, puja at first floor level and Master suite, gym, private terrace at second floor level.
The family lounge has the textured patterned stone wall TV console against a sculptural screen dividing the dining area. The kitchen extends to the dining with its breakfast counter thus marking the informal setting which has a great deal of usage in our daily lives.
The dining area opens up into puja room with grey oak wooden flooring, which we chose for the floor is paired with glass and pebbles underneath, its distinctive texture creating a very natural and warm ambiance with for the interiors.
The guest bedroom was organized to meet all visitors with a low height bed and wallpaper which added a visual texture against the white duco finish
The Master Bedroom adds stability, sense of orderliness with a combination of the calmness and a vertical walll unit running through floor and ceiling.
The valued space at the terrace gives the residents an area to relax in the winter sun and hold parties.
The lighting arrangement designed throughout the house is balanced with the materials and surfaces. Artificial lighting was used indirectly to keep the calm and neutral atmosphere in many of the spaces.
